Gerard Gibbons joins MARCH Foundation Board

March 2017 - Gerard Gibbons has been named to the Board of the MARCH Foundation. Gerard is President of Enterprise/Global Sales for UPS. He began his UPS career as a package car driver in Southern California and has held a variety of different assignments of increasing responsibility with UPS. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives driven by more than 200 sales professionals to UPS’s top global customers in the Industrial, Hi-Tech and Professional Service industry sectors.
In 2012 he was recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one the 100 most powerful executives in Corporate America and in 2016 recognized by Hot Topics Magazine as one of the Top 100 Sales Leaders.
Gerard earned his bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing from Howard University and Masters in Business Administration from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In addition, Gerard has completed executive education at The Yale CEO College, Yale CEO Summit, McKinsey Consulting Masters Class and is an alum of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 2016.
Gerard serves on the board of Metro Atlanta Big Brothers/ Big Sisters and advisory board for Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative. |
